From 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., enjoy a moment out of time in the company of Chef Christophe Hay. In this class designed to let you discover ancient vegetables, you will find out how to cultivate and cook ancient vegetables. Then you will take place in the Christophe Hay Restaurant's kitchen and finish by tasting the prepared dishes.
